Consider ordering fresh omelettes at breakfast for the best option, as buffet food is often lukewarm.

Our room was pretty comfortable and clean, with a nice veranda in the inner courtyard. The mattress was decent, made sleeping easier. The shower setup wasn't great. The lack of enclosures meant we had to be careful not to soak our stuff. It wasn't a spacious room but okay for a few nights.

The location was perfect, as it was very close to the center and bus transportation, making it easy for me to explore the area. The service was impeccable, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always ensuring that everything was perfect. I also appreciated the convenience of the grocery shopping service and the shops/commercial services available on-site. The room itself was stunning, with amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I especially loved the terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful views.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and loved it! the room had an amazing view that was exactly like the photos online. the staff were really friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Another positive aspect was the delicious breakfast offered in the mornings. the hotel was also located close to Manger square and the Bethlehem Checkpoint, making it easy to explore the area.
That smoking was allowed in public areas like the lobby, which was unpleasant. We also noticed some bugs getting into our room due to the hot weather, but it wasn't a major issue.

Spent Easter at this hotel. The decoration was very festive and the staff offered a special Easter meal which was nice. The location was great, close to the city center and within walking distance to many attractions. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.
The noise level outside the hotel was very high and made it hard to sleep at night. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, which made it very uncomfortable during the day.
